The fitness industry can be daunting. Even if you're a regular gym-goer knowing which exercises you should do and why can be confusing. Add into the mix elements of nutrition and what to eat when and things can start to get a little complicated. As we began to speak to people about what baffled us we realised we weren't alone and so we put together our Fluent in Fitness event series.
Fluent in Fitness events see leading fitness specialists join us to not only lead a great workout but also ensure that everyone leaves having learnt something which they can take away and use in their daily lives. Our trainers don't just teach great workouts they explain what they're trying to help you to achieve and most importantly why. We don't leave it there. After a workout we host a panel session where our speakers will cover topics such as nutrition - what a healthy diet really looks like - confidence, how to break into the wellness market or become qualified, how to grow an online community, tips for healthy living and busy lifestyles and so much more. We cut through the fads and we are really keen to ensure that our events are educational so that you can implement a healthy lifestyle in a sustainable way.

We Can't Wait to meet you at our next event!
Our signature event is back!
On Sunday 1st October we will be hosting our signature event Fluent in Fitness. If you're new to the Fitfluence family- we can't wait to meet you! - but more importantly you'll want to know what happens at the event.
We'll start off with a warm-up giving you the opportunity to meet the other women in the Fitfluence community and train with them. There will then be two active sessions which at this event will focus on workouts you can do if you're short on time. The first active session will be led by an incredibly inspiring woman who has spoken at one of our previous events and is a brand ambassador for a huge international brand (can you guess who?!). Following this there will be a yoga flow led by one of the Fitfluence favourite instructors (all to be revealed soon).
Then the event will focus on something that is so important to us - the mental side to health and fitness. Living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than going to the gym, it's what you say and what you think and how you treat your body. We'll be joined by a writer and editor for some of the nation's most loved magazines and online publications.

As you might be able to tell we are incredibly excited about this event. If you haven't been to one of our events before please do not worry about coming alone. Although we have a few core members of the community who support us at every event most of the women who come to our events have never been to one before. Some are completely new to fitness and that is absolutely fine with us we will be there to welcome you into the family with open arms.
